Overview
Office of International Cooperation and Exchange (Office of Foreign Affairs, Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) is a functional department that implements foreign (outbound) policies, and coordinates foreign (outbound) cooperation and exchanges for NNUSE (Nanjing Normal University of Special Education). Through the management, guidance, coordination and service for a variety of foreign (outbound) cooperation and exchange activities in NNUSE, this office aims to help carry out the international strategic layout, build a diversified platform of communication for all the faculties and students, publicize the brand of professional education, improve the internationalization levels of teaching, scientific research and management, and enhance the international reputation of NNUSE.
The specific affairs include: to formulate rules, regulations and work plans for foreign (outbound) affairs of NNUSE; to expand and maintain cooperative and exchange relations between NNUSE and foreign (outbound) institutions of higher learning; to apply for the approval of employing foreign experts and coordinate the later administration of them; to help apply for and administer temporary trips on official business abroad (outbound) for the faculty, staff and students of NNUSE; to examine and verify the holding of foreign (outbound) conferences; to deal with other affairs assigned by superior leading departments and university leaders.
Office of International Cooperation and Exchange (Office of Foreign Affairs, Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) now has a director and an ordinary staff.
